Born January 3rd 1978, Tokyo. Began modeling while enrolled as an architecture major at Musashino Art University. Active in a wide range of other fields including column writing, TV and radio. Kept travel diaries and took photos during her search for interesting architecture and those were published with accompanying essays in "Love Architecture" (toto publishing). Made her film debut in 2004 with "Vital". Film career continue with "The Pavillion Salamandre" (2006), "Starfish Hotel" (2007), and "Pandora's Box" (2009). Has also appeared in a Minaqua (Coca-Cola Japan) commercial, in the role of Navigator on NHK educational program Earth Date Map and Navigator on J-WAVE program "Tokyo Smart Driver Share Smile," as well as drama series "Drifting Net Cafe" and "Kareinaru Spy". |
