Forest Vandyke is originally from Austin, Texas and was introduced to music through his dad, who was a saxophone player. He learned and grew as a singer though his time at The American Boychoir School in Princeton, NJ, and private voice work. He studied acting at Texas State University. Since moving to NYC he has worked on productions like "Cadaver Synod" (dir. Ryan Emmons) and "Bread and Roses" (dir. Melissa Crespo) at Playwright’s Horizon, "Goddess" (dir. Saheem Ali) at The Eugene O’Neill Theater Center, and his own one-man show "Breaking Free" at the Metropolitan Room. |
