Jasmin Kulagina is an Estonian art director and filmmaker. She is a law graduate from the University of Tartu with a background in art history. During her university studies, she began working in the art departments of various Tallifornia productions, which sparked her transition into film. Her first feature film as a Production Designer was "Rolling Papers" (2024).
