Overview: The General calls to tell Dick Dastardly there'll be no birthday celebrations until they stop Yankee Doodle Pigeon. Dastardly wonders who's birthday it is, and comes to the conclusion it's the General's. He decides to bake him a cake and deliver it to him right after catching the pigeon.
