Overview: The Queen tells the Rabbit she doesn’t want a birthday party this year, because her subjects always manage to goof it up. Despite the Queen’s wishes, Rabbit sets into motion plans for a surprise party, to prove that they can throw a successful party. Of course, the party gets goofed-up big time, but the Queen learns that "it’s the thought that counts".
