Overview: The Queen cuts costs at the palace by canceling the bottled water delivery and tapping Wonderland’s own underground spring. Armed with a book from the Caterpillar, the White Rabbit, newly-appointed water monitor, keeps the Wonderland residents from polluting the spring.
