Overview: Three scientists gain supernatural power on the surface of the moon. Then Dr. Arden, who has a grudge against Dr. Ochanomizu, stages an attack against him. In order to protect Dr. Ochanomizu, Astro fights fiercely against the scientists who have supernatural power.
