Overview: After nearly a year, the shop is still not operating like a well-oiled machine or making money for that matter and it's beginning to take a toll on the owners. To make matters worse, Carey and Thomas's personal relationship is also suffering. An old friend, though, comes back to town and suddenly everything changes.
