Overview: Lavar breaks the news to Melo that he has committed him to play in Lithuania for the next two seasons. Unhappy with the move, Melo cops a bit of an attitude. When Lavar finds out they will be drop a Division if the team does not win seven of the next twelve games he pledges to turn up the heat.
