Overview: It's a black Christmas for Steve and his wife Nicole. An electrician named Bill was supposed to fix their lights, but he appears to be sleeping on the job. Steve hires Wolfe to see if Bill is doing the work, but Wolfe uncovers an unexpected surprise.
