Overview: PHILIPPINES, LEYTE: The easiest way to maneuver your way around the Philippines from one island to the next is by plane. But who wants easy when on an adventure holiday? By far the coolest, albeit time consuming method to island hope around this nation of 6000 islands, is by boat. This being my first time truly touring around in this country I wasn't quite sure what to expect when I boarded the ferry in Cebu destined for one of the country's most underdeveloped island Leyte.
