Overview: PHILIPPINES, LEYTE: As we arrived in Leyte and had a 4 hour drive ahead of us, it was about time we got a meal inside our bellies. Luckily on our first San Mig pit stop, we came across an epic pork lechon dealer. This was my first real run in with a proper Philippino street food kitchen. But did it disappoint?
