Overview: PHILIPPINES, LEYTE: Fresh coconut juice is one of the most delicious beverages in the world. Little did I know however the amount of labor that goes into harvesting these delicious fruits. In the Philippines I was lucky enough to be invited to see this process with my own eyes.
