Overview: While things have been relatively quiet for the Cyborgs, a newspaper report about the gangs of New York City causes a fight with Jet among his teammates. He leaves to go back home and visit his old flame Natalie and his friends in the Blue Rose Gang. Jet soon gets involved in a gang war run by a ghost from his own past...
