Overview: The troublesome Creep-Pea and Black Eyed Pea steal a boat from Captain Hop-Pea and sail it out into the middle of the sea. When P.C Pod arrives to investigate the crime he tells Captain Hop-Pea to prepare another boat, as the only way to bring the thieves to justice is to capture them.
