Overview: In Detroit, Rodney and Sonjia must watch each other's backs when a foul-mouthed man challenges the boot on his car. Supervisor Luz fends off crafty ticket dodgers in Philly, until a self-appointed neighborhood watchman tries to stop her from ticketing his neighbor's car. Philly Ticketer Shawn uses "the force" to find good tickets--but gets caught off guard when he writes one in error.
