Overview: A frontier sheriff finds he is unable to cope with a group of trouble-making trailherders when he breaks his arm. The his younger brother arrives in town and the sheriff swears him in as his deputy. But the older man learns that his brother's idea of law enforcement is to kill any lawbreaker regardless of the crime.
