Overview: Marshal Cam Tolby faces the enmity of the townspeople when he tries to take an outlaw to Prescott, Ariz., to stand trial for robbery and murder. His difficulties increase when the outlaw, despite handcuffs, manages to save a group of schoolchildren from disaster.
