Overview: In South Korea, due to traditional Confucian values, families tend to have a patriarchal structure. A 2020 study indicated that women in double-income households perform 3 times the chores that men do. In response to these conditions, support has grown toward women who choose to remain unmarried. This episode introduces unmarried women in a range of professions promoting their lifestyles through various careers and living situations, changing the notion of family in South Korean society.
