Overview: S3, Ep 8: Rushad and Lizzy Rushad wants to move out of his parents’ house and into the triplex he bought last fall. Unfortunately, unless he can get the main floor/basement suite renovated and rented, that’s never going to happen. Rushad needs the income from two of the three suites to help cover his costs.
