Overview: Sabrina and Daryl need to reconfigure and update the lower apartment in their triplex -the bathroom is outside of the apartment in the corridor! They desperately need to resolve the privacy issue before they can attract the tenant they want and earn the income they need to keep on track with their financial and personal goals.
