Overview: Barb and Jamie started renovating three years ago, doing all of the work themselves. Since then, Jamie has been trying to complete the construction after hours and entirely on his own. They need to finish renovating the main floor apartment so that they can rent it and begin to recoup their over-budget renovation and three years of lost rental income.
