Overview: A magazine photographer is coming to Chuggington to do a feature on steam trains. Olwin is determined to look her best for her picture and heads for the chugwash. Along the way, she encounters Wilson and Brewster tugging a car back and forth between them, arguing over who gets to deliver Ebo the elephant's special soap. Neither of them wants to do the other job - a quarry delivery.
