Overview: A group of children are harassing a shop keeper but the real complaint is against a sax player. Melvin thinks there is a connection between the busker and someone called 'The Pied Piper'. Claire deals with a lady who has a court order about the destruction of a rotteweiler that belongs to her husband. She goes into labour and realises that she left a child at home which she fled when the dog tried protecting another child.
