Overview: Debbie arrives in a Chinese world and meets Hi-Hat, a hat merchant attempting to please a Princess whose frequent mood swings prevent her from settling on a perfect piece of head wear. Seizing Debbie's golden bells for himself, Hi-Hat attaches the bells to a hat for the Princess, who takes it home. Hi-Hat is soon persuaded by T-Bag to retrieve the hat...but when T-Bag gets her hands on it, she finds the bells are missing. Furious, T-Bag sends T-Shirt on an errand to retrieve them. Mistaking T-Shirt for a butler, The Princess orders him to make her a cup of tea, only to fall head over heels for his cap. T-Shirt offers her his cap in exchange for the bells...
