Overview: Yashodhara gets worried after learning that Siddhartha might step back from participating in the swayamvar. She vows to accept Siddhartha as her husband. King Shuddhodhana gets tensed after learning that Siddhartha had badly injured his right hand. Competition starts and Siddhartha finds himself unable to attack due to his injured hands. Finally he remembers Kautilya's words and succeeds in defeating Devdutt. Overjoyed Yashodhara falls unconscious. Irritated and furious Devdutt leaves the kingdom and decides to take revenge of this defeat. Everybody gathers to celebrate Siddhartha's victory.
