Overview: CHOW and his friend LOONG fail to get hold of WAH but kidnap his niece TUNG instead. Afterwards, they find out KWAN is actually a swindler and is arrested by the police. LOONG persuades CHOW to make use of the mistake by holding TUNG for a ransom.
