Overview: The Diehl-Schmitt family from Dirmstein/Palatinate runs a winery that was built in 1964. The wine tasting room is around 45 years old, cold, uncomfortable and the “dust” of the past few years is still noticeable. They want a space in which they and their customers feel comfortable.
