Overview: Mad Dog on Duty: Billy tries to make Poochini become a guard dog after Walter's shovel head is stolen. (actually the head was so rusted out it fell apart upon use and he didn't know it) The Baldness: After Billy plays a joke by shaving some of Poochini's fur, Wendy and Walter think he is going bald, and try solutions.
