Overview: The second group of six hopefuls try their hand at professional service, preparing lunch at Roux in Parliament Square, Michel Roux Jr's second restaurant, run by 2009 MasterChef: The Professionals winner Steve Groves. The amateurs then have the chance to show what they have learnt by rustling up a dish in an invention test, but adding to the pressure, they also present their food to chef Tom Wareing. Who will make it through to tomorrow's final?
