Overview: John Torode and Gregg Wallace are looking for the country's next star chef. In this heat, contestants will face three high-pressure tests: inventing a dish from scratch, cooking in the fast-paced professional kitchen of the Charlotte Street Hotel and creating a two course meal to impress the judges.
