Overview: Oggy does a beautiful swan dive into his pool and hits his head on a sea monster. His panic quickly dissipates when he realizes that it's just old Nessie, the Lock [sic] Ness monster. Oggy will charm the big guy with a bagpipe and leads him back home. A remastering of "The Pied Bagpiper".
