Overview: The Detective Boys, accompanied with Dr. Agasa, attend the final opening day of a theater as it is about to be demolished. They meet the theater owner, Akio Muramatsu, and his employees Minoru Furuhashi and Yuriko Tomosato. Seiji Haruta, a sadistic real estate agent, arrives and announces his plan to tear the theater down to make way for new business.
