Overview: Mr. Malakey (Will Wright) moves into a nearby ranch and damns up the stream to the Broken Wheel Ranch's south pasture. He's mean to everyone but with a little kindness from Jim, Pete, Joey, and Pee Wee, Mr. Malakey softens up.
