Overview: Joey is entered in the Capitol City Gymkhana (a Gymkhana is like a friendly rodeo). His friend Danny (Stephen Hammer) is also entered but Danny's father (Bartlett Robinson) accuses Jim of cheating because Jim is one of the judges.
