Overview: Having been sent by Komui to deliver a package to General Kevin Yeegar, Allen arrives at Holland, but the general does not show up. Finding out that General Yeegar went to Belgium to investigate a newly-discovered Innocence, Allen heads for Belgium as well. There he meets Yeegar for the first time and discovers what a nice and kind person he truly is.
