Overview: Short-term prisoner Joel Clough was a cold blooded killer who was hanged for the murder of Mary Hamilton, his girlfriend whom he stabbed in the chest eight times. Joel's ghost still haunts the Burlington County Prison and can be seen and heard chained up in his former death row jail cell in solitary confinement.
