Overview: Informer Bandiya was suppose to share an important information to Inspector Vishwanath Rana in regards to a big racket of Drugs so he urges Rana to come with him on the gaint wheel as he had a fear that some one will kill him. Rana sits with Bandiya on a gaint wheel and Bandiya gets killed.
