Overview: A rare bird has flew in to Chilly Beach and has nestled in the Hockey Rink. David Suzuki declares the the rink a Ecological Site, therefore leaving Dale jobless and able to put the whole town in danger. Dale becomes a lighthouse worker and drives an Oil Tanker into the city creating mayhem.
