Overview: In the Quickfire Challenge, the chefs must create a dish inspired by a classic cocktail. For their Elimination Challenge the chefs head to the Toronto Zoo where they work as a team to create a special tasting menu inspired by different regions and animals. The winner of Top Chef: Las Vegas, Chef Michael Voltaggio, joins as guest judge.
