Overview: The QuickFire challenge is a high-speed cook-off where the final four chefs have 35 minutes to create as many dishes as possible with the help of some highly qualified sous-chefs – Top Chef Canada’s previous four champions. In their Elimination Challenge, the final four All-Stars head to the shores of Lake Ontario to grill Canadian game meat for an intimidating table of judges that includes James Beard award-winning Chef Normand Laprise and the winners of the first four seasons of Top Chef Canada.
