Overview: A young man with emotional problems becomes violent when his mother wants him to be mentally evaluated at Bellevue. After assaulting her boyfriend, the NYPD attempts to find him - and his missing knife. Meanwhile, he is attracted to a charitable girl who is trying to help a confused old woman to find her way home.
