Overview: Rachel's cousin Benny is a used car salesman, and Tony doesn't know what to believe when a case involving the murder of a young woman leads him right back to Benny's used car lots. When Tony realises that Benny is involved in drug smuggling, he gives Benny one last chance to explain himself.
