Overview: Cyd finds the body of a young woman who appears to have died from an overdose of angel dust. The only witness is a young man named Billy, who the opposing attorney ridicules during a preliminary hearing because of his physical and mental handicaps. Further investigations lead the cops to a number of recently missing dogs.
