Overview: Louis gets accepted to be a Young Upstanding Gentlemen (YUG) and starts snitching on everyone in the house since that's the YUG way. To get back at him, Romeo, Jodi, and Gary pull a number of pranks on him. Meanwhile, Mrs. Rogers's old circus buddies come to town to visit her.
