Overview: Mafia boss Vincenzo Matrone has escaped from the rehabilitation clinic where he was hospitalized. A young policeman, the only guard on duty for the boss at the time of his disappearance, becomes the scapegoat because he had left the room for a few minutes in order to help a nurse dealing with a woman in a coma.
