Meanwhile, Phil helps first-time buyers Danit and Rafi, who are after a one-bed flat close to the buzz of Brighton and Hove. Although they both agree that being close to the area's vibrant queer and Jewish communities is a top priority, Rafi wants Brighton and Danit prefers Hove.
