Overview: Charlie the Clown turns a load of Sneaker's old junk into a life-sized rubber band driven aeroplane. Unfortunately, his co-pilot, the hapless Wellington, winds the propellor the wrong way, and aerobatic mayhem ensues over the skies of Shoetown.
