Overview: Concluding that his action of firing a gun across border has severely violated the ordinance, WAI-SUM is finally dismissed. While being reluctant to part, his teammates promise to continue the investigation on his behalf. Coming across CHI-LAM right at his front door, WAI-SUM insists that KONG-SHAN is the mastermind of the alleged conspiracy to murder SAPURA.
