Overview: A convicted murderer vows that he will break out of prison and revenge himself on the people responsible for his capture. When he does escape, the police post a cordon around the home of his former girlfriend, who has married. But, despite their precautions, the girl is killed. A reporter learns that the dead girl's husband and the police chief have also been threatened.
